No. It is an independent comparison and alert tool. Always confirm the final points, taxes, fees, seats and voucher terms with Virgin before booking.
How current are the live results?
Each search checks the available reward calendar and shows the exact time it completed. Availability can change quickly, so use the Virgin link on an option to confirm it.
What do the points-history labels mean?
Scout compares the points price with its own earlier observations for the exact same route, travel dates and cabins. “New” means Scout has just recorded it for the first time; “cheaper” and “lowest” describe Scout’s records only, not Virgin’s complete historical pricing.
What does “cash floor” mean?
It is the minimum cash amount supplied by the reward-calendar feed for those dates. It is a ranking aid, not a cabin-specific taxes and fees quotation.
When will an email alert contact me?
Alerts are checked once every hour. We email only when your selected rule qualifies, and we do not repeatedly send the same unchanged result.
Can anyone else see my saved alerts?
No. My Alerts is protected by your verified email and secure one-time access links. You can pause, resume or delete an alert whenever you wish.
Why can’t I select dates further ahead?
Virgin generally releases reward flights around 331 days before departure. The available booking window moves forward automatically each day.
